Standing in goal for Penn State's Division I lacrosse team, I learned to keep my head when shots come from every direction, which turns out to be good training for the pace of a growing business. I earned All-American honors and Big Ten Goaltender of the Year along the way, and our team reached the NCAA Women's Lacrosse Final Four before I graduated. When I joined RCS, I brought that same drive to the work behind the scenes, handling account maintenance, business processing, marketing, and quality control so the rest of the team can stay focused on clients.
Being part of my dad's business means a lot to me, and I see my role as carrying his commitment forward while bringing newer tools and fresh ideas to how we reach and look after the people we serve. Home is Centennial, Colorado, and most of my time away from the desk is spent outdoors with my dog, Mud. I fish whenever the season allows, spend as much of the rest of the year as I can around my mom's horses and at rodeos, and stay close to women's sports any way I'm able to. This year I'm planning to start volunteering at an equestrian therapy ranch that works with kids and adults with special needs, which pulls together most of what matters to me outside the office.
